I’m just like you.

I know how you can use your own sensitivity and take advantage of it.
In this book, I share practical tips, advice and methods, which will introduce positive change to your way of seeing reality almost immediately.

I’m using the experience I’ve gathered during 15 years of learning about various methods of personal development. I am also a certified hypnotherapist, who by working individually with highly sensitive people learned what’s hidden in their consciousness and subconsciousness.

As a sociologist, I have knowledge on the place of an individual in a society, and how it influences our way of thinking and acting.
Moreover, I have a
soul of a humanist who consider nothing human to be alien to him, and who knows that music, poetry and art are sometimes the best therapy.

After years of working on myself I can say I’m a happy person. It’s not because I make enough money while doing what I love, I pursue my passions, I found true love and have two amazing children. What makes me happy is emotion that I haven’t experienced for years, and now I’m filled to the brim with it – the internal conviction, that everything is as it should be. No anxiety, no stress, no overthinking, no looking for approval or withdrawal from life.
Change is possible no matter which stage of life you’re at!
